- Heat up pan add ghee then add mustard seeds, gram dal and urad dal and roast
- Add curry leaves,red chilli and green chilli and roast
- Add salt,veggies and rawa and 2 katori water and let it boil - After 1 boil lower the flame and cook it covered
- When done add lemon juice, mix and garnish with roasted kaju - Serve along with chutney of your choice aur enjoy with tea
