- Take rice and moong dal in a bowl. Rinse with water for 3 time. Dream and keep aside. Also chhop the veggies and keep aside.

- Add tomato and green chilli. saute for a min or two.
- Then add mix veggies alone with turmeric powder and red chilli powder and hing for a more spicy khichdi, saute for a min
- Add the rice and moong dal with with the rest of all ingredients
- Add the water. Need to khichdi.
- Sesan with salt pressure cook for 14 or 15 minutes. For 7 To 8 whistles.
- When the pressure falls down on its own, remove the lid.
- Serve vegetables Masala khichdi hot drizzled with a teaspoon of ghee if you prefer. Accompany a side salad raita pickle aur a plain curd by the side.
- You can garnish with a few chopped coriander leaves if you want.
- Ready to eat Masala khichdi.
