- Take a bowl add rice and dal washed and soaked for one hour.
- After one hour take a pressure cooker add ghee,then ghee hot add cuminseeds crackle then add chop onion saute for pinkish colour then add masala and dal rice saute for few seconds then add carrot and peas mix add water and cover with cooker lid.
- After 1 whistle then gas off pressure release and serve.
- Serve and garnish pure ghee.
