- Heat pressure cooker in medium flame. Pour 30ml oil. Add ginger garlic chilli paste. Add rambaleaves
- Sauté it for a min. Add onion chopped sauté until turn in to light brown. Now you can add tomato and shallots chopped.
- Add all powders in to it in low flame sauté for a min. Now add mutton mix it well
- And wait for two min. Add 1 inch cinnamon stick. (and add 20 ml water if the gravy is dry)
- Close the lid. And cook it in medium flameand wait for 2-3 whisle. Turn off the flame and allow the pressure to release naturally.
- Adjust salt and keep until the mutton is cooked soft. If you feel the mutton is not cooking well, cook closed to speed up the process.
- In a heavy bottomed pan heat in a medium flame, pour above mixture stir it well. - The curry will be little watery, icook on an open flame until your desired consistency is reached. - When the mutton has roasted and most of the water has been cooked off, add remaining oil.
- Stir well until curry changed to brown color. You can add coriander leaves for garnishing.
