  1. Prepare 9 pieces - Lamb rib chops
  2. Get 1/2 cup - Hung curd
  3. Get 4 tsp - Shan fried chops Masala
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  5. Take 1/2 tsp - Red chili powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp - Black pepper Powder
  7. Take 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  8. Make ready 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
  10. Get Salt as per taste
  11. Get 1/2 lemon - Take out juice from it

Place the lamb chops on the grill. Preheat a grill to medium high and lightly oil the grates. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Last week Melinda and got together and grilled up a Herb Crusted Grilled Leg of Lamb and some awesome Greek Sliders on our Big Green Egg and they were pretty darn amazing.

Instructions to make Tandoori Lamb Chops:
  1. At first clean and wash Lamb chops properly.Then take a bowl pour the lamb chops in to it.
  2. Add Hung curd & all the spices accordingly (Red chili Powder,Turmeric powder,Shan fried chops Masala,Black pepper powder)in to the bowl.
  3. Add Ginger & Garlic paste,Lemon juice & add salt as per your taste.
  4. Add oil and mix well all the ingredients together until coated properly. - Cover the Bowl and keep it in refrigerator for over night or at least 2-3 hours.
  5. Take out the marinated Lamb chops from refrigerator.Heat little oil in a Fry pan place all the Lamb chops on the Fry pan & saute them on low to medium heat.Keep turning the lamb chops and fry each side evenly until cooked properly.
  6. When all the sides of the lamb chops cooked well turn off the flame & serve it hot with Onion Cucumber salads.

Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Last week Melinda and got together and grilled up a Herb Crusted Grilled Leg of Lamb and some awesome Greek Sliders on our Big Green Egg and they were pretty darn amazing. We decided to give ourselves a big more of a challenge and this time we made Tandoori Grilled Lamb Chops. Toss lamb and salt into marinade; mix until lamb pieces are coated evenly. Remove the lamb from the first marinade and put it in a clean bowl.
