- Now add water and bring it to boil now add rice and cook until water dries… now add zarda colour,coriander, mint….placed cover and steam cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame and then on low flame for 4-5 minutes…
- For kachumar salad cut all veggies in small cubes…add black pepper and mix well now add lemon juice and mix…
