- Add red peppers and parmesan cheese and cook until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
- Mix pasta in with sauce and add pasta water as needed to thin sauce. Add additional parmesan cheese and cajan seasoning to taste and enjoy!
Pour over hot linguine and toss with Parmesan cheese. How to make creamy Cajun chicken pasta sauce: Place the pan back over mediumheat and add a tablespoon of butter (or use oil). Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft and translucent. Allow to simmer gently for a few minutes until the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Cook pasta according to package directions.
