Instructions to make Amla Rice/ Gooseberry Rice:
- Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Pressure cook/ boiled for 2 whistles with salt. Keep aside.
- Wash and dry Amla. Grate them and keep aside.
- Dry roast peanuts in kadhai or Airfryer. Cool & discard it's skins.
- In pan add heat oil. Add mustard seeds as splutter add urad dal,roasted gram,saute till pinkish. Add curry leaves, chopped green chillies, dry red chillies pieces. Saute for 1 minute. Add tumeric powder,roasted peanuts,mix well.
- Add tumeric powder,roasted peanuts. Mix well. Add grated Alma. Mix well. Add cooked rice. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Amla Rice/ Gooseberry Rice garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
