- Peel the boiled sweet potatoes and grate them.

- Alternatively, you can roll it like a thick paratha too.
- Then place it on hot tawa and roast it from both side till crisp. Apply a little ghee on top into the cetre indentation from both sides and roast again for 1/2 a minute till brown spots appear.
