- Turn on the gas flame add there oil. Waith for it's smoke ๐ฅ. Then pour there dry masala. Rost it little bit for 1 sec. In a low flame.
- Now pour green chillies, tomato, then all powder masala. Jaggery and saute it all for 2 mins.
- Then add pumpkin (kaddu) saute it in high flame for 1 mins. Then cover it for 2 mins In high flame. Check it in the middle of it. Stir it well. Then cook it again for 10 mins in slow flame.
- Now add roasted Kasuri methi and coriander leaves and serve it with Puri and Alu fry.
