  4. Remove it & add in serving plate the deliciously awesome sweet potatoes cutlets are ready to eat with hot chapatis or as a starter with meal of rice & curry..!

Tip of the day:- if any of u have issue with ur batter can also add 1 teaspoon cornflour to the sweet potatoes batter & if non vegetarian u can also skip egg coating & fry with cornflour slurry & bread crumbs. I prepared only two cutlets out of my leftovers if u guys have more of leftovers u can prepare more cutlets.
