The ingredients needed to make Buffalo Chicken Sub:
  1. Take 3 chicken breasts
  2. Get 4 Sub rolls
  3. Get 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  4. Make ready 1 packages Hidden Valley Ranch
  5. Take 2 cup Shredded Cheese (I used Mozzarella)
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Steps to make Buffalo Chicken Sub:
  1. Cube Chicken breast & coat with dried Ranch Packet (I marinated the chicken while we were at ftball practice)
  2. Oil large pan with 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil.
  3. Add Chicken & fry till no longer pink.
  4. Add 1 cup of Buffalo Sauce to Chicken & stir frequently. About 15/20 until sauce slightly reduces.
  5. I toasted the sub rolls while waiting for sauce to reduce, but that's totally up to you.
  6. Dressed toasted rolls with ranch dressing (my son used mayo instead)
  7. Place Buffalo chicken mixture on rolls & topped with Shredded Mozzarella. Lettuce & tomatoes are optional. Hope you enjoy 😉
