- Take 200 gram luaki / bottle gourd
- Get 1 chopped green chilli
- Get 1 cup Sprout (black grams, soyabeen,sabut hari mung dal)

- Take 1 chopped cucumber

- First in a bowl add rice wash it now transfer the cooker add water as par required cover the lid now turn on flame cook up to 1 whistles remove the flame..
- Luaki ki bujiya👉 first take a guard peet and cut in to small pieces now wash it now heat the wok add 1 tbs desi ghee add cumin tempered it then add chopped luaki sitr it few minutes now add pinch of turmeric powder, salt according ur taste cover and cook for 10 min on lower flame stir in interval time now check it cookde properly
- Bhindi ki bhujiya👉👉👉 first wash and cut in to small pieces now heat the frying pan add some cooking oil then add pich of fenugreek seeds and chopped green chilli tempard it then add chopped bhindi stir it on medium flame now add r half tbs red chilli powder, half tbs black pepper powder and salt ur taste mix well satue it becomes tendar and light brown colour
- For chapati 👉👉 in a bowl add wheat flour now add some little water knead it make a soft dough
- Now take a small portion of the dough roll thin on a hot twa bt which is at a low flame drop this chapati and let it cook for 50 seconds then you flip it over to cook it again for 50 seconds
- For bagan pakudi👉 take a brinjal wash and cut in to two pieces now in a bowl add small bowl gram flour,ginger garlic paste, half tbs turmeric half tbs red chilli powder salt as par taste and some little water make a smooth batter now add sliced brinjal now heat the frying pan add cooking oil heated properly then drop in to hot oil and deep fry it it's done
- Now take a papad drop in to hot oil and fry it
- Our dish ready to serve
