- Stuff all slit ladyfingers with prepared Coconut coriander mixture.
- Put stuffed lady fingers in microwave safe bowl.Pour1 tbsp oil sprinkle a pinch of asafoetida..add remaining stuffing mixture also. lightly mix.
- Cover and cook in microwave at 80 power level for 4-5 mins. Let it cool for few minutes. Serve hot Bhindi Sambhariya garnishing with grated coconut & chopped fresh coriander leaves.
