  1. Take 1/2 kg Bhindi/Ladyfinger

  6. Get 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds

  1. Wash and cut bhindi into 1inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadahi and put bhindi pieces.
  3. Fry bhindi pieces for 5 minutes.
  4. Renove bhindi from oil and add more oil in kadahi.
  5. Put fenugreek seeds and when it crackle add onion and garlic paste.
  6. Add turmeric and chilli powder.
  7. Mix well and sauté on high flame till oil starts separate.
  8. Add salt and fried bhindi pieces.
  9. Mix well and add water, cook till bhindi becomes soft.
  10. Masala bhindi is ready.
