- Take 1/2 kg lady finger small and soft

- Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- Take Enough oil to deep frying or 4 tbsp oil for roasting

- Heat enough oil in a kadai 1 inch round chopped bhindi and fry till little soft and keep out from oil and keep aside.
- Now again take the little oil and saute onion in pinkish colour then add tomato chopped and saute till mashed now add all dry masalas and add fried bhindi and carefully mix masala and keep on slow heat by putting lid saute till leaves the oil.
- Serve hot with ur dish garnish with coriander leaves or curry leaves.
