  2. Prepare 2 tbsp oil

  1. Wash the bhendi and with clean cloth wipe it. Cut bhindi in two parts if bhendi is big then cut in 3 parts. Give a cut in middle of it.
  2. In a vessel take peanut powder, haldi, dhaniya powder, lal masala, garam masala, salt and mixed in properly. Our stuffing is ready.
  3. Put the stuffing in between the bhendi. Same way do for all and keep aside.
  4. In a pan put oil. Once oil heat add jeera and stuffed bhindi. If some stuffing is left with that too it in.
  5. Stir in between till bhindi is cooked. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
