  7. Now add chopped onion. Need not have small chopped once normal slice will also do
  8. Cook it till onion becomes translucent
  9. Now add bhindi masala with all maslas in it.
  10. Stir well.do not cover the wok. As it helps in retaining green color of bhindi
  11. Keep stirring occasionally. One becomes soft and tender, add dry mango powder and stir again
  12. You can also add chat masala a pinch if like tangy taste
  13. Note; cook this on low to medium flame.
  14. Once bhindi turns lil soft cover for min and remove cover after 2 min.
  15. Switch off has,our delicious bhindi is ready to serve with chapati.
