- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Get 1 tsp Punjabi garam masala
- Take to taste Salt
- Take as needed Water
- Get 2-3 tsp Fresh cream
- Get as needed Fresh chopped coriander leaves

- For Koftas: take kneading plate empty whole pack of ready mix of gulab jamun. Mix water and make dough. Make equal parts balls.
- Take kadhai on medium flame add oil. Let get hot fry all Koftas.
- For Gravy: First fry ingredients
- Take a pan add add bay leaf, clove, black pepper, garlic, ginger, green chillies, cashew, almonds. Saute it. Add diced onions. Saute it till it get transparent. Add diced tomatoes. Saute it till it get soft.
- Off the stove let it get cool. Take out the bay leaf. Now take grinder add all onion tomato mix and churn. Make smooth paste.
- Second Fry: Take the same pan add oil, cumin seeds, fried bay leaf, dry red chilli, asafoetida. Saute and add the Onion tomato paste. Saute it till oil start releasing.
- Now add corridor powder, Turmeric Powder, Punjabi garam masala, red chilli powder. Mix it all well and saute it.
- Add salt and half of the fry Koftas. Add 1/2 glass water. And let boil for 5-10 min.
- Add fresh cream, chopped coriander leaves and serve with salad, roti, rice or Parathas. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
