- Prepare 6 Eggs
- Take 4 Tomatoes
- Take 1 tbsp oil

- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

- Wash tomatoes and grind into fine paste in a mixer jar. Heat a pan add oil, pure this tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well.
- Add water into this cooked gravy and Now directly break the eggs in this tomato gravy(Shakshouka).
- Now sprinkle some black pepper powder on each egg yolk and salt too to enhance the egg shakshouka taste. Cover the pan with lid and cook for another 15 minutes on low flame.
- After 15 to 20 minutes it's ready you need to check whether the eggs are cooked completely. You can also add water to adjust the consistency of gravy.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and it's ready to serve. You can serve it with any Indian bread. It tastes amazing.
