  1. Preheat the cooker and add in salt,and place the wire stand.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix well.
  3. Take a second bowl and add in egg, sugar, salt and oil beat the electric mixer on medium speed, or until light and fluffy.
  4. Now add in milk, food colour and vanilla essence. And beat for a few minutes. Now add in flour mixture. And beat until well blended on low speed.
  5. Do not over beat now the batter ready, pour batter into paper liner muffin cupcakes,filling each cup 3/4 full.
  6. Bake in cooker for 20 -25 minutes. After 20 -25 mins insert toothpick into cupcake and check if it comes out clean it's done and is ready to serve.
