- Prepare pieces Chopped green capsicum
Instructions to make Thepy Banana Rolls:
- In a vessel add all ingredients for making thepla dough, except curd.
- Make Semi Soft dough like parathas dough, binding with whisk curd.Keep aside for 10mins.
- Preparation of raw banana -peas- patty.
- Chopped boiled raw banana into small pieces.In a non stick Pan..add &heat oil.Add urad daal, mustard and cummin seeds to spluttter..add green Chillis ginger paste saute for 15 secs,add boiled raw banana-peas-and chopped coriander leaves.Add Salt, Sugar,lemon juice..Mix well.Crush Coarsely with Hand crusher.
- Cool this raw banana-peas-patty mixture. make three portion from it.Roll out 3"long patty from each portion.Roast on both sides with little oil,till golden brown.(Prepare required Patty as per your requirements.Here for 3 Patty Recipe given..)
- Knead the thepla dough.Take a lemon size portion from it.Roll out into 4" round Paratha. Similarly make Two more.
- Roast on hot griddle,on both sides, with little prepare similarly all theplas.
