- Get 4 cups ex self raising flour
- Prepare 1/2 cup Sugar

- Wash and rinse the oranges, peel them.cut the peels into small pieces and boil them for 3mins to,cut the oranges into small pieces and put them in a blender.
- Blend the oranges and the peels then sieve to get the juice at least 500mls
- In bowl 1 put 4cups of ex self raising flour-sieved,add sugar and whisk well.
- In bowl 2 beat the eggs,add vegetable oil and whisk well
- In bowl 3mix oranges extract and contents in bowl 2,whisk well for a min.
- Add contents in bowl 1 to bowl 3 little by little as you whisk until well incorporated paste.
- Preheat the oven at 180°c For 3min as you grease the baking tins with vegetable oil, then dust them with a little flour.
- Pour the paste in the baking trays 3/4 or half full depending on the size.
- Bake at 180°c for 40min,after its done let them cool inside the oven as you prepare a beverage of you choice.
- Very yummy and has some sweet aroma!
