- Mix orange food colour in milk & pour this mixture in rice. Mix it well & stir it continuously till sugar melts.
- Keep stirring it till sugary water evaporates. Do not stir too much otherwise the rice will become hard.
- Switch off the gas. & your yummy kesaria chawal is ready. Serve it hot.
