- For that, grind together the coriander, basil, parsley and mint leaves, garlic, jalapeno, roasted almonds, roasted cumin powder, olive oil, lemon juice and salt to taste to get a smooth paste.
- Marinate the paneer in this paste, ensuring to cover all sides with the marinade. Set aside till further use.
- The next step would be preparing the sauce and cooking the rice.
- Heat 2 2/3 cups of water in a pan and add little salt to it.
- When it reaches a boiling point, add to it the washed and drained basmati rice.
