- Cook trout in olive oil until golden
- Saute kale and spinach mixed with baby Bella mushrooms
I did use baby portobellos, but I'm sure the recipe would work fine with button mushrooms, as well. You want it to be cooking, but not brown. Saute them well, jus so you can see them cooking. Melt butter and oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent.
