Instructions to make Lemon pudina juice:
- Grind pudina ginger and black salt
- In other pan put sugar and water boil it till it becomes One string consistency.
- Add strained juice of pudina in sugar syrup and mix well and let it cool
- Add lemon juice in it and mix well and store it
- Take 2 portion of juice add water and ice and serve it
I tried immediately and we loved it. Its a refreshing , coolant for summer. I prefer to use lemon juice now. Transfer the pudina chutney to a serving bowl. Adding few tsps of lemon juice can help to preserve the color for a while.
