- Then add the masala paste to the wok and cook on high flame gor 1 minute. Add 250 grams of beaten yoghurt and cook covered in low flame for 2 minutes. Add salt 1 tablespoon or as per your taste and a handful of raisins and cook covered in a low flame till the chicken gets tender.
