  3. Heat oil in the pan and add ginger garlic paste to it and the remaining spices (red chilli and coriander powder) add the chicken pieces and sauté them for 3 minutes. Add salt and cover and cook in simmer gas mode. Switch off the gas when the chicken tenderises. Serve hot! Happy eating!
