- Take a pot add oil, Onion sliced and make fry until it become golden brown.Then Take out in other plate.
- Now in same Pot add Whole Garam Masala (Tezpatt, Green Cardamom, Darchini, Star anise, Black cardamom, Long, Shahi zehra).
- Cook it until aroma start come then add ginger garlic paste and make it fry at least 1-2 min. Then add Chicken cook it 2-3 mins.
- Now add Salt as your taste, Garam masala, Coriander Powder, Red chilli powder, Yogurt, Water.
- Mix all the ingredients and cover it to cook until meat tender.
- When meat tender and Fry Onion Paste (Grind the fry onion in the grinder (add water if required during grind)).
- Also add Rooh kehwara, Jaifel jawatri & Elechi powder. Cover it to cook 15 mins.
- Now Qorma is ready. Serve with Nan or Roti.
